School is back, summer holidays are pretty much over and with whatever it is that keeps you busy, no doubt you are reinvigorating the routines that make things ‘work’. Here at DailyGrain we are focused on the cadence of post-harvest reviews and looking under the hood of our product. You may receive a phone call from us over the next few weeks, looking to have a chat about what you’d like to see us doing in the future – alternatively drop us a line at info@dailygrain.com.au; any feedback is always welcome.

The routine of assessing your own harvesting season means a time for reflecting on what worked and what didn’t for you and your business, and this should always involve looking at the products and services you use. As a low-cost model, we strive to make sure you get the best possible price and that every dollar you make stays in your pocket. We are happy to help and keep our eyes on the market for you, when you are busy elsewhere. Our premium members can set daily price updates, which are crucial to getting notified as soon as prices increase or if they hit any price targets you are seeking.

We’ve seen some action on milling and utility grades towards the end of this week and this has been attributed to the end of harvest, where buyers have assessed their position moving into the next shipping windows, but also due to a number of customers showing appetite out of Southeast Asia as the Chinese New Year approaches.
